Mr. Hayati ATA

Mr. Hayati Ata graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at Uludağ University in 1991.

In 1999, he completed his master’s degree in Business Administration at Leopold-Franzens University of Innsbruck, Austria, where the medium of instruction was German. In the same year, he attended an English language course at LSI School in Cambridge, England, to improve his English.

Between 2000 and 2004, he worked as an executive at various companies in Türkiye. In 2004, he established Rana International Trading Ltd. in Bursa, which is still active today, and Anatolia General Trading in Dubai, which operated from 2004 until 2020. These companies focused on importing products mainly from Türkiye and several European countries to Dubai for wholesale and distribution.

Currently, Mr. Ata continues his active export operations through Rana International Trading Ltd. to various countries.

In 2025, leveraging his extensive experience and in response to the growth of the real estate sector in Türkiye and globally, Mr. Hayati Ata founded ANATOLIA REAL ESTATE CO., TÜRKİYE in Bursa. With this company, he began offering real estate consultancy services in both Türkiye and the UAE.
